🏡 Welcome to Sardinia Rental House
We are happy to welcome you to our holiday home in Castelsardo! To ensure everyone has a peaceful and comfortable stay, we invite you to respect some simple rules. Your collaboration is essential to maintain a pleasant environment for all guests.
🛏️ 1. Occupancy and Guests
Maximum number of guests: the number of people is indicated in each property.
Additional guests: They are not allowed without prior authorization.
Events and parties: Not allowed.
Do not drink alcohol or colored substances in bed to avoid staining the mattresses and furniture.
Do not eat in bed and do not store food in the bedroom.
Avoid very loud noises, especially at night, to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
Respect for tranquility: quiet hours from [23:00] to [9:00]. Always moderate volume.
Extra guests must be communicated.
🔇 2. Respect for the Neighborhood
Quiet hours: 11:30 PM to 8:30 AM.
Behavior: Maintain a respectful attitude towards neighbors.
🚭 3. No Smoking
Inside: No smoking.
Outside: Allowed only in designated areas, using the ashtrays provided.
🐾 4. Pets
Allowed: Only with prior authorization.
Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage or disturbance caused by animals.
🧹 5. Cleaning and Maintenance
During the stay: Keep the accommodation clean and tidy and clean the kitchen after each use.
Waste: Follow the instructions for separate waste collection.
Damage: Report any damage or malfunctions promptly.
🔐 6. Safety and Environment
Keys: Do not leave keys unattended.
Doors and windows: Always close when leaving.
Emergencies: Contact the manager immediately in case of problems and monitor the use of appliances.
Responsible use: Water and energy must be used with care. Do not throw unsuitable objects in the toilet.
🅿️ 7. Parking
Parking space: specific availability on each property
Rules: Park only in the assigned spaces, respecting the condominium rules.
🔥 8. Use of Barbecues and Outdoor Areas
Barbecues: Allowed only in designated areas and following the instructions provided.
Common areas: Use with respect, avoiding noise and leaving clean after use.
🧳 9. Check-out
Time: 10 am.
Procedure:
Remove all personal effects.
Dispose of waste according to the instructions.
Leave the keys in the agreed place.
🧹10. Rules for waste management:
- Follow the calendar for waste collection, which you will find available in the accommodation.
- Separate waste using the indicated bins, as per municipal regulations.
- Use the appropriate bag for each type of waste: organic (always bring it with the closed bag),
unsorted waste, plastic. The bag is not necessary for paper and glass.
- Take the bin with the waste indicated in the calendar out of the accommodation and collect the
empty bin the following morning. As previously written, you will find a calendar with the pre-established days. (Also present in the guide that was sent).
The rules for waste management are of fundamental importance, in order not to incur penalties.
